Zig zag modular segment roller brush has a standard length of 100mm.Segments are interlocked by several teeth and two end rings for a quick installation.

Application

 

Zig zag modular segment roller brush is installed on shaft to form a big cylinder brush. Taking out the worn segment(you don't need to replace all of them), then put the new segment on shaft and screw two end collars.
